The House Wren is a small, energetic wren with a tireless, bubbling, complex song. It readily accepts nest boxes and will destroy eggs and evict other cavity nesters from boxes it claims. It is one of the most common summer birds across the Americas. Its plain brown plumage with faint barring belies its bold personality.
