The Spotted Cucumber Beetle is a bright greenish-yellow beetle with 12 black spots on its elytra, making it resemble a large ladybug. It is a serious agricultural pest as both adult and larva (the corn rootworm), attacking cucurbits, corn, and many other crops. It also vectors bacterial wilt disease in cucumbers and squash.
