The Spotted Pink Lady Beetle is a distinctive pink-to-red ladybug with elongated elytra bearing six black spots. Unlike most ladybugs it feeds substantially on pollen and plant materials in addition to aphids, making it an important floral visitor. It is a major predator of aphids and Colorado potato beetle eggs in agricultural fields.
