The Blue-winged Warbler is a yellow-bodied warbler with bluish-gray wings and a narrow black eye line, found in shrubby overgrown fields. It hybridizes with the closely related Golden-winged Warbler, producing the 'Brewster's Warbler' hybrid. Its song is a thin, buzzy 'bee-bzzz' that is easy to overlook.
