The Brown Booby is a tropical seabird that regularly strays to the Gulf Coast and occasionally to Atlantic and Pacific coasts. Its chocolate-brown plumage contrasts sharply with a white belly and yellow feet. It plunge-dives from height like a gannet to catch fish near the surface.
