The Zenaida Dove is the national bird of Anguilla and is the most common dove in the Caribbean. In the US it is found in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. It resembles the Mourning Dove but has a rounded tail with white tips and a white secondary bar visible in flight. It is a familiar bird around Caribbean resort towns.
