Yellow Trillium is a beautiful spring wildflower endemic to the southern Appalachian Mountains, producing mottled, bronze-green leaves and erect lemon-yellow flowers with a sweet citrus fragrance. It is prized by wildflower enthusiasts and grows in rich cove forests at moderate to high elevations. Like all trilliums, it grows slowly from seed.
