The Black-browed Albatross is a Southern Ocean species that very occasionally appears off the Atlantic Coast of North America — a remarkable vagrant from the Southern Hemisphere. It has a yellow-orange bill, white plumage with black back and wings, and a dark 'eyebrow' line. Single individuals sometimes associate with Northern Gannets for years.
