The Pine Looper Moth is a pale tan geometrid associated with pine forests across eastern North America. Its inchworm caterpillar feeds on pine needles and is cryptically green-striped to match them. The adult is attracted to lights and is a common moth in pine barrens and pine plantations during summer.
